What is a Parade of Homes®?

This is one event that makes money for the LBA AND for the members that participate!

Participating builders build a spec home and deck it out with furnishings to show to over 6000 people who will walk through the homes in a Giant OPEN HOUSE each year.

How do members benefit?

1. Builders receive a free glossy, full-color full page ad in the Parade Guidebook.

2. Builders receive exposure of their product to 6000 potential customers. Also included in their entry are television ads, newspaper ads and a free write-up about their home in the Laredo Morning Times.

3. Builders also vie for trophies and bragging rights in their respective price-range categories.

4. Associate Members get involved by donating or discounting items that are put into the homes. They are in turn given free mention in the Guidebook and signs at the homes.

5. Tents are also set up at the entrances so that Associate members can sell their products or showcase their products in the Parade Homes.

6. Everyone can place an ad in the Guidebook for year-long exposure.
